  • TASTING NOTES

    • Quite dense purple to ruby red. The TERRE BRUNE inspires with its offensive bouquet of blackberries, raspberries and the first notes of maturity of forest soil, cloves, Mediterranean herbs and a little bacon. The palate is full and full-bodied with potent, fine-grained tannins and a juicy freshness. The wine ends long on black fruits and subtle barrique aromas. Delicious carignon, which is ideally combined with various meat or mushroom dishes.

    ABOUT THE PRODUCER

    • The CANTINA DI SANTADI is an extremely successful wine cooperative in Sardinia. A total of 200 winegrowers deliver high-quality grapes, mainly from local grape varieties. The cooperative was founded in 1960 and experienced a huge leap in quality from the 80s: At this time, the collaboration with Giacomo Tachis began, who had already developed such great wines as Sassicaia and Tignanello with Antinori. SANTADI's calling card is the TERRE BRUNE.
